We are preparing for our latest venture.  On Tuesday we depart for Stockholm and another cruise on Azamara, the cruise line we used for our trip to Greece and Croatia last year. OK for people that supposedly didn’t like cruising here we go again.  We actually thought about this trip two years ago when Pat left Dow Jones but we decided against it then.  One attraction of this trip is going to St. Petersburg, Russia for the White Nights, which is the short summer characterized by long nights common in the Northern latitudes.  We also already wish we had more than a day and a half in Stockholm. Hopefully we won’t be too brain dead on our arrival day.  Then on to Helsinki, St. Petersburg (overnight), Tallinn, back to Visby in Sweden and then to Copenhagen for a couple days. More to come.
