Copenhagen

Nice city. First off it is a very easy city to walk and to navigate.  At the moment we are at a sidewalk cafe along the Nyhavn canal enjoying a cold Carlsberg and waiting for our first taste of herring.  When in Rome, as is said, except for a number of European tourists have opted for nachos. The herring has arrived, and it is good. We shall see, but everything looks good. So far we have been to the Rosenborg castle, where the Danish crown jewels are on display and watched some of the guard change at Amalienborg Palace, home of Denmark’s Queen Margethe.  One of Pat’s work friends warned us it takes a long so we cut early.
